an35n-ultra + PAL8045

Does anyone know if the an35n-ultra has room for the PAL? Thanks in advance.

That's the Shuttle board, IMS. I would say so, it doesn't appear to have any capacitors in the way. It's a very spartan board! The reviews seem to like it though. Sometimes simple=good.

I'm running that combination and have no problems with capacitors.
