Just finished reading anandarticle. GF3 does like lke a warthy upgrade for me. But I think I will hold out until the ATI Radeon 2 preview.

NFS4 (I kknow your a racing fan). Could you ask Anand to benchmark NASCAR 4 with the GeForce 3. Also, can we get some pics of NASCAR 4 with the quinwhatever FSAA? No games show of FSAA much better than racing games!!!

They have a technology that is definitely paving the way for the future, however the performance gains are simply not going to be there for the current crop of applications and in this case, games. While we will reserve final judgment until the actual benchmarks go up, you shouldn't expect to see too much from the GeForce3 in terms of performance in current games. This is truly a next-generation part, and it needs the next-generation of games to be fully utilized. >>

I'm upgrading my aging V3 for a V5-5500 (which I'm getting for a shade over $100US), I think I'll wait until games really support the GF3 before I make that jump...but that is impressive

NFS4: You might want to bring up the point that NASCAR 4 is a Direct X 8 game, so maybe it can take advantage of the GeForce 3 capabilities (?).
