Russ, silence is the best answer to folks like you! Only people without a case resort to ad hominem abusive! You will believe what you want to. Now, please tell me what you see in your court of law when all is said and done. Frivolous lawsuit!! I would be shocked if the court doesn't throw it out.
I would be damned if you don't take it to court to prove yourself after plain utterances without substance that everyone is a thief by virtue of similar or same design. It is you who attacks everyone as in the case of intellectual property. I agree one doesn't have to be a lawyer to know something, but for one who makes utterly despicable claims that cannot be substantiated, it is necessary that one proves one's credences. Can you give us your qualification that makes you the man of authority even above our Court of law and civil codes?
Russ, it would be miraculous if you ever took a moment to present your case instead of always using the phrase ". . . thief". Beware, for you do not know what button you might push some day attacking someone with words viciously and getting slapped with a lawsuit for defaming one's character. As for the statement made by Anand years, years ago in the case I referenced, I know my memory is fully reliable. Yes, Anand later claimed he was not encouraging anyone to harass the alleged plagiarist, but does every words uttered by an individual become an abstract or divine truth? Evidence speaks louder than words. Even within this thread, no authority here has discouraged members from harassing the supposed copyright violator. Shouldn't the authorities here be discouraging such conduct and take it upon themselves to handle it in a civil manner? I think this is simply much ado about nothing.
Feel free to update us on your overwhelming case you have to present in the court of law. It woud make a landmark decision if the Court rules in your favour.
