I can agree with that, but I do worry about losing Reddit as a whole. I've found that like 95% of my web searches involve adding reddit on to the end of it because I want to find actual discussion about the things I'm searching for, especially for products and services.I am going to get back so much free time when Bacon Reader dies. I am almost excited and looking forward to the Reddeath.
Sometimes an addict needs extreme measures to kick the habit and reddit is literally handing that to me on a silver platter.
Maybe we can go back to Google Groups (netnews).I can agree with that, but I do worry about losing Reddit as a whole. How would you like it if I did that? You would never know at womb you be yakkin.
Don't worry though. Don't have the energy for anything quite that extreme.
wait so there is a forum for a forum? cool.
You forgot based, how gauche.-It's all a simulation bruh. Red Pilled.
I just logged back into ATOT for the first time in like 8 years because of the reddit blackout. I figure if I don't miss it for a few days, then I will just completely delete my account and never return.
While it's a frying pan > fire situation, I have been enjoying Facebook groups for highly specialized topics, like my specific car model or niche hobbies.
The only thing I'll miss about reddit is my saved posts list because it's a crazy amount of valuable information. But other than that, it's mostly bots and reposts, and not even a good source for breaking news anymore.
Same friend, same....with the exception of facebook. I'd rather listen to the low effort ATOT trolls than deal with that nonsense.I just logged back into ATOT for the first time in like 8 years because of the reddit blackout. Are you me?? STOP IT, IT'S CREEPY...- I was able to quit facebook 100% cold turkey years ago and it looks like I get to do the same with Reddit now. I anticipate 6 months to 1 year of incredible productivity and personal growth before my craven desire for cheap dopamine and fake internet points pulls me in to whatevers Next (tm).

LOL I was a massive lurker but never got into ATOT enough to be a known name. It's funny logging back in and remembering some of the classic usernames though. Like @brianmanahan are you still writing dope pomes??Were you gone?
