I ordered the gifts for my person last week directly from Amazon, thinking it would be faster, but all of a sudden Monday morning I see the estimated delivery date change from the end of this week to the second week of January. I put cancel submission through on Amazon, but no confirmation email or change in the status. So I contacted Amazon support, and no response after 24 hours, though their site says 12 hours is typical... I hope it's just because of the holidays, and I hear back soon.
If I don't receive a refund or ship notification by Friday morning, I'm going to buy the gifts locally and ship them myself.
