Never done this before but interested, looking for some clarification. (Pardon my ADHD, it might already be mentioned in OP, but clearly I missed it )

- So everyone lists their likes and dislikes, and then they are paired by the two mods.
- At that point, I will receive a list of likes/dislikes and a address to send to (I am the Santa so I know who's the nice guy).
- I buy something using the best of my judgement and mail it to the person?
- One fine day I receive a gift too. I have no idea who sent it (so no sender's name address?)
- Finally after Christmas I get to know who sent me the gift and also the person how I sent to knows about me. and we all become a big circle of BFF.

Did I miss anything?

That's essentially it, but with your 4th bullet point, it's up to you if you want to reveal your identity early or wait for the reveal. Theres no harm in revealing early.

The minimum dollar amount for gifts is just that. A minimum. Many go above and beyond that, but that isn't required. Essentially we don't want people half-assing this, which is why the minimum was set.

Any other questions feel free to ask. Amdskip and I also participate each year and we do it in a way where we don't have any idea who has us. Feel free to look at the sign-up and gift threads from past years as well.
