Sure - we'll trade you Grigson, Pagano, Pep Hamilton, and Greg Manusky for RGIII and your best 2 offensive linemen. Deal? :awe:

I analyzed your trade, and it just doesn't work out. Washington's counter offer is a pack of Big Red chewing gum and a bag of marbles for Grigson and Pagano.

RG3 has cool logo. Luck does not. RG3 > Luck

'Skins to cut RG3. Now we can segue this conversation into more productive topics, like what team will pick him up, for what role (challenge for starter or backup) and how he'll do in a new system. Rams seem like as good an option as any, especially since Foles isn't the answer there. Plus with the extra 3 first round draft picks from WAS in place RG3 will have a solid base to work with and maybe have decent success. Draft some secondary help and realistic WR1 option (doesn't need to be a 1st round draft pick superstar) and the Rams would be in great shape.

It wouldn't surprise me if Dallas picks him up. He is a Texas boy, will likely sell jerseys, and wouldn't be an expensive gamble to sit behind Romo as a back up for a season. Plus, he would be behind a good line and have a running game.

That does seem like a good idea.

Also, RG3 has a snazzy logo.

Agree they would be in the mix, but I don't think they're the leading candidate. Quick analysis from me says he's going to SF with an absurdly large contract, beating out the best efforts of Cleveland who fails to execute yet again.

rg3 doesn't want to go sit behind someone like romo for 2 years. he wants to play now. i don't see him ending up in dallas at all. maybe starting for the texans though...

Which is 100% why RG3 is going to be a bust. I get he wants to play and wouldn't like to take a pay hit and a year "off" to work on his throwing fundamentals, ability to sense pocket collapse, and ability to read a defense, but tough shit.

He will likely end up at Cleveland or Houston and be gone in a year with another losing record.

Don't worry, there's enough bad QBs to go around; Manziel, Kaepernick, and Bradford are all in free agency as well as Brandon Weeden, Luke McCown, and many others. I have every faith in the Browns to screw up the pick no matter who it ends up being and SF will challenge them for whose pick is worse.

With Josh Gordon (if he finally decides to stop getting dui's and smoking pot), Maybe this is the year RG3 takes over?

week 1 in the books.

Andrew Luck:
31/47, 385 yards, 4TD, 0 INT

RG3:
12/26, 190 yards, 0TD, 1 INT

Also RG3 is reported to have a 'serious' shoulder injury after the loss to PHI, adding another entry to an already long injury history.

The team’s statement on the move said Griffin has a fractured coracoid bone in his left shoulder. It said no surgery is required at this time and that Griffin will be evaluated again in 3-4 weeks.

Per the NFL’s injured reserve rules, the earliest he could return is Week 10.

lol Cleveland
The Cavs won the NBA championship and the Indians are first in their division with a good shot at making the World Series. The Browns realized they needed to make up for the other teams' slack.
