I assume you're talking about level 16 on the cosmic box... it can be done, I assure you.

I found that the higher levels are too hard to be fun. After being stuck on a level for 20 minutes, I have no desire to continue playing.

At the moment, I only have 1 star on Cosmic 20 and 2 stars on Cosmic 21. I think I've only retried one of them, but the other I just finished once and didn't retry.

Yeah, I never got all 3 stars on anywhere close to all the Cut the Rope levels. I am not very good at it.

Not really. I don't "hate it" I'm just amazed at the insane popularity of it (hence the OP) There have been MANY MANY games like this before, but for some magical reason, this one caught fire. Rovio just got lucky and hit on all cylinders.

I hate on the fact that they think it's necessary to charge 5x as much for slightly larger sprites!

I hate on the fact that separate versions causes you to be unable to share save data between an iPhone/iPod and an iPad.
