Animal Pak and headaches?

Every single time I take these stupid vitamins, I get a headache. Anyone else experience this? anyone know why/what i can do to prevent them (other than not take the vitamins). I don't plan on buying them again, but I paid for them, so i intend to finish the box.

Not that anyone cares, I called Universal Nutrition and they basically blew me off despite their 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee.

bodybuilding.com is taking care of me though, every time I deal with them they end up pleasing me, highly recommend them.

How much is in those things? I take a multivitamin when I'm not getting nourished properly (top ramen fueled college student, you know), but the packet things seem like overkill to me.

Maybe you're getting a caffeine headache? Those things have a "vitalizer" component, which could possibly be giving you the headache. If you look on bodybuilding.com, I think there are threads which mention what color pill to toss out if you don't want the caffeine component. Look that up and try doing it without that pill.

Why would you finish something that gives you headaches?

AP does not have caffeine, and I doubt you could seriously be that sensative to ginseng.

However I would chalk up the headaches to an allergic reaction to one of the things, rare, but it happens, which means it probably happens anytime you take a multi in high doses.

Have you tried taking it with food (after eating a big fat rich meal) and with a lot of water?

Also the Universal guys blew you off? I know all of them and it does not sound like them, let me know who you contacted and I will see what I can do for you.

In that case you may be very sensative to stims. How much coffee do you drink?

Also just remove the Red Pill and try it, the red pill is the stims, without that you should be good to go.
