I remember seeing a anime movie called X, where 2 groups battled it out. It was quite boring and really had no point to it. I guess if i saw the show I might have liked it more.

Clamp's artworks are usually top-notch. Their storyline can be pretty confusing though.

X TV really lost me on the plot. The whole art and everything was very nice, good soundtrack, decent voices, but the plot was utter crap.

OMG, it's one of the worse animes in my opinion.
Yes, character designs are quite good, but the story itself, they might as well show you the beginning and the end and just briefly narrate the order of other characters dies.
I think I put those CDs in some waste pile afterwards...

Clamp has some of the most elaborate artwork I've seen. Someone told me that Clamp had consisted of all female artists at some point - not sure if that was true.

yeah, clamp is all female artists and their work is pretty wacko. the most normal thing from them has to be card captor sakura imo. heh.

X the movie was total crap. Just eyecandy, but not real story. Its too much of a story to be condensed into a movie, but watching the series may be worthwhile.

Its very well drawn, and the music is good. Voice (in native language) is good.

That said, there is a lot of "what the fsck" coming from people watching the show. Its good, but I wouldn't pay 100 dollars for 8 episodes. Berserk, Escaflowne, are both much better.

X the movie is really bad unless you've seen X the series, and then its good.
