I try to strike a fair balance between having no limits for my giveaways, and very strict ones (like only people with crappy hardware allowed to enter). If someone with a nice-ish system wins something, great ! If it's someone who could use it even more, well that's even better. I try to make it that whoever wins gets an upgrade, not just a free item.
