I'm unaware that this group is alt-right group who sounds suspiciously like Breitbart.com. Those messages include a claim, for example, that Obama literally plans to go to war with Russia in order to distract national attention away from these e-mails. So if you actually believe these messages are credible, you'd better be prepared for the apocalypse right about now, because that is a very possible consequence of the US being at war with Russia. Why are you so concerned about Clinton and the election? Why aren't you quaking in your boots about World War III? After the world becomes a bunch of irradiated craters, I'm pretty sure the election isn't going to matter.

Do I believe it? Yes, but they don't say we're going to WW3 right now (before the election). There are dangerous moves being made toward a "possible conflict" but whether it happens or not is TBD.
