I think 76 is the highest possible level. No one else has beaten 76... and I might have if the stupid game didn't wipe out one of my fully upgraded plants.

Unless there's like some crazy strategy of placing things just in the right places... or there's some leveling off of the difficulty in the upper 70s.

the top ice tower (arrow pointing to it) is the best placement. that one can hit everything. i think an ice tower or two there and leafs for the rest is the best strat, but i dunno.

edit: my general strat was build up first, build more later.

i started with two ice towers first. once those were both fully upgraded, i added one more, once that was fully upgraded, i added one more. that's just my strat tho, gonna try ice/leaf now

wait, what the hell do the lightning ones do? can't upgrade them can you?

I just put water towers in the upper left corner of the last bend near the castle, and fully upgraded they reached the entire map. couldnt get past 72 though

Getting a flower tower up to the third level is pretty hard... and on second level is no big deal (first level flower tower is somewhat more expensive than upped green tower - 3000vs 2200, hits as hard - 9000 - but has lower range -150 vs 215). Second level flower tower is a joke - cost 3000+5000, range 100, damage 15000

If nature would have had some 240 range, it would have covered all the map. As such, 300 range for a water tower is probably a bit excessive

Interesting - I took a completely different approach. Instead of concentrating firepower, I went for corners to get the most contact points as the enemy went through the path.

this time I got a 77 :-

I think I figured out how to get 85. Im going to go for it right now.

this time I got a 77 :-

I think I figured out how to get 85. Im going to go for it right now.

I have the worst luck with the plant ones. Got to lvl maybe 15 max. With water, I got up to about 58 so far...
