"On Oct-20-04 at 17:28:06 PDT, seller added the following information:

Paypal fees will NOT be charged, as opposed to what I said earlier. However, shipping and handling fees will still apply."

Does that mean M4H lost the bet?

That wasn't there before. I sent her an "ask the seller a question", and said- you cannot add PayPal fees to your auctions. It is against the PayPal AND ebay Terms of Service.
Maybe she finally got the hint..........

It's well known that you can't charge back paypal fees, if someone claims ignorance of that, they don't know a hell of a lot about eBay. Oh, wait, it's the internet, there are no rules.
