Another ebay scam

My boss just informed me he filled out and submitted the form below , after receiving a conformation request via email:

http://www.ebayassistant.tk

He in the process of canceling he credit card now......

So, what's the best way to report this scam?

The only reason I posted in this forum was because I know ebay scam info has been posted in here before. I feel the more people who know about this stuff, the better.

Well, it wasn't actually him. He was having problems with ebay already, and thought the email was legit. He forwarded it to his wife to "handle" it, without really reading the email, or following the link.

She called him after she submitted the form and said something like "Hey, I filled out that form, but noticed that the lock wasn't there when I pressed the button. I hope I did everything right..."

BTW: this is s a deal - FREE IDENTITY FRAUD !!!! PLUS FREE SHIPPING !!!!!

Agreed. I think if anyone is foolish enough to regard any email contact from ebay/paypal etc requesting vital information, then they deserve the consequences.
