This time, the story is from Reuters, look at how peaceful those "refugees" really are to law enforcement officers from Mexico and Guatemala (must be because of the racist and xenophobic cops, right ILLEGALS supporters? /s) -

Six police officers were injured, said Beatriz Marroquin, the director of health for the Retalhuleu region.

Mexico's Interior Minister Alfonso Navarrete told reporters on Sunday evening that federal police did not have any weapons, even to fire plastic bullets.

He said that some of the migrants had guns while others had Molotov cocktails, and this information had been passed on to other Central American governments.

Guatemala's government said in a statement that it regrets that the migrants didn't take the opportunity of dialogue and instead threw stones and glass bottles at police.

I've heard the numbers as being quoted all over the place. As few as 3k migrants to as many as 6k or 8k? based on various estimates from local municipalities where they have passed; and up to 1.5k or so apparently taking asylum in Mexico or just leaving the caravan.

I hope it's up to 12k or more, because we really need these immigrants. There are tons of jobs that need to be filled and our population is dying out quickly. Also, our lord and master Amathana recently authorized Prince Soros to construct 3 more abortion mega factories across the midwest. Each factory will have the capacity to process the abortions of 3,000 WASP women per month, so we will need these migrants and their babies to replace all of the necessarily-aborted WASP babies. So it has been said, and so it shall ever be. All hail lord Amathana, and his prince, Soros the Magnificent.

I doubt that anyone can get an accurate count at this point because they are so spread out. I also doubt that any of these people will arrive at the US border en masse. Trump deploying US troops to the border now is useless and just a show for his base before midterms.

I feel bad for these people, especially the children and elderly. Too bad the Soros conspiracy theory wasn’t true. At least they could get some humanitarian assistance.

I poked fun at the lies about how those "refugees" only want to get away from bad situation at home yet they rejected the multiple offers from Mexico. I poked fun at the lies about how "peaceful" those "refugees" are yet they have guns and firebombs and attacked law enforcement officials from at least two different countries and injured several of those officers.

The problem is exacerbated when there is a first world country next to a third world country. A lot of people are going to look next door and decide they want to go there, and rightly so. How many does the first world nation allow in, and how fast?
This isn't just an issue faced by the US, parts of the EU are dealing with the same problems. The UK came up with an answer, and not a very popular one. Germany is struggling with the problem. I don't know the answer, but I know of a least one that won't work, and that seems to be the most popular.

The US, with relatively little effort and cost, could fix many issues in Mexico and the northern triangle countries. But we won't and will instead keep screaming our idiot heads off about laws and sovereignty...something which we've had basically no respect for in those countries themselves.
