Another outlook XP question

I have outlook XP running on windows XP. What I want to do is to make sure that whevever some one reads my emails I wanna recieve a confirmation of that. I believe one can perform this action through outlook. I just dont know how. Any help will be appreciated.

when you create a new email go to options/request a delivery receipt. its under voting and tracking options..

Forgot to add to make it apply to all go to Tools\Options\Email Options\Tracking Options then select the options you want.. "delivery receipt", or "read receipt".
