Memory prices continue to fall, how far and for how much longer is up to speculation. I mentioned the Kingston HyperX PC-3000 memory that I ordered friday morning for $89.50 in a couple other threads here. But now ExcaliberPC dropped the price even further as a Special Presidents' Day Weekend Promotion Offer, this is quality RAM at a great price so figured this deserves it's own thread.
This memory should easily hit 200/400 MHZ since it's rated for 370MHZ with tight timings. Haven't found any reviews of the PC-3000 HyperX, but the PC-3500 sticks were very highly rated at Extreme overclocking.com review
These specs are the same for either size of the 370MHz (PC3000) DDR modules:
370MHz settings: 2-3-3-1T (CAS Latency 2)
Aluminum heat spreader for thermal diffusion
Lifetime Warranty
256M HyperX $51.00
512M HyperX $86.00
To make this deal even sweeter, if you add an item from their Abit Gear or Special Promotion section you get a $5.00 cash back discount. I added a ABIT Northbridge Chipset Fan link for free after the credit.
(Edit: Title & Prices, were $49.50/$89.50)
