I had a chill relationship with the parking officer in my area of TO.

I would see her multiple times in a day in my hood, and she was always giving out tickets in unsuspecting areas. My friend parked very badly once and I was sitting in the car. Parking lady started strolling over to give a ticket until she saw me, then she turned around.

I never spoke a word to her in my life. That's how it's done.
