Congrats, glad you're able to stomach all that healthy stuff. It's hard for me to eat well because I hate that stuff. I can't stand brocolli, the only veggie I love is carrots.

Ooof! That's my goal there! I just started weight watchers this week. Weighed in at 260 lbs. I was 205 when I started into residence at the beginning of september.

I'm keeping myself under 30 points per day (the diet coke not having any points helps a lot) and so far it's not that bad. I find I really need something chocolatey once a day to keep going. I usually drop the points for a mr. big or something along the way, just to keep the energy going. Other than that, it looks good so far!

No unfortunetly it isn't...12 cups of brocoli wil give you 30 carbs....dont' get me wrong...i can't get passed 2 or 3 cups..but idealy 12 is where you'd get all the carbs i needed

I've stagnated myself. I'm at 208 (5'9).

though, my pants keep getting looser even though my weight stays the same. I've been lifting. April 1st I started weights, and specifically benchpressing I could only do 130 (8 reps, 4 times)...now I'm at 190 (8 reps, 4 times). my triceps are incredibly thick and have form, my biceps are weak...I jsut started working on those. My shoulders are developinhg nicely too.

but my diet needs help...either way, I'm a far cry from 4 years ago when I was 250

I'd like to be at 190...I'd still have a belly, but not too big...When I was really thin, I had hardly any fat and I didn't enjoy that. Yes, I actually enjoy having a little pudge. I'm stalky, so I hold it pretty well

holy crap. give me some pointers for your diet. like how do you prepare stuff and etc.

please pm me or anybody who knows how to successfully diet. i weigh 310lbs and i'm 5'7". I'm a big fat man. I need all the help I can get. I'm afraid that I'm going to die because of my fatness.

I just recently got back into exercising. I'm not fat, 5'10" 175lbs but I was in terrible shape and I could see myself getting plump. I eat pretty well, I just needed to workout at least 4 days a week.

Yeah man I feel great honestly, I just wish i could really see the difference on myself. I think that is the hardest part of this whole ordeal. I guess seeing yourself everyday its harder to see the difference. I mean I know there is a difference b/c my old pants won't even stay on me anymore and my new pants are starting to fall off (i guess i need smaller ones...again).

I'm currently at 290 and have no idea what weight I will be at when I can say...yes I am happy with how i look now which i think also makes it harder. I would like to be able to say okay when i lose XX amount more weight I can go for maintence mode and only go to the gym 3-4 times a week instead of 6. But i am pretty sure you know what I'm talking about with that.
