<-245 and 6'3". I'd love to drop to 200. Anyone know of a recipe site that would have say a month's worth of recommended 1800 calorie/per day recipes? I have like 0 self-control but I think if I had a regiment to follow it might work.
Help.
And OP, big congrats, that's a huge loss. Keep working on it, I'm sure you'll feel even beter about yourself, just knowing what you've accomplished.

If you'd like my advice take a look at some of my posts im pretty sure i put my diet (way of life) there which comes out to 1800 calories a day, if not less on some days. If you want some of my dinner/meal ideas just let me know.

I know of a very strict diet in which you can lose a ton of FAT and still retain all muscle with no cardio involved. However, you have to be extremely disciplined to be able to drink just low carb MRP's for a month

Another Ex-Fatty checkin' in and giving you a . Trust me... life is much much better being fit.
Yeah man I feel great honestly, I just wish i could really see the difference on myself. I think that is the hardest part of this whole ordeal. I guess seeing yourself everyday its harder to see the difference. I mean I know there is a difference b/c my old pants won't even stay on me anymore and my new pants are starting to fall off (i guess i need smaller ones...again).
I'm currently at 290 and have no idea what weight I will be at when I can say...yes I am happy with how i look now which i think also makes it harder. I would like to be able to say okay when i lose XX amount more weight I can go for maintence mode and only go to the gym 3-4 times a week instead of 6. But i am pretty sure you know what I'm talking about with that.

Well i'll tell you but you probably won't try it you been warned....or something.
Ingredients:
1 low carb wrap 90 calories
1/2 cup of marinara sauce (I forget the brand i use but if you are still interested let me know and ill tell you) 50 calories
7 pieces of turkey pepperone (my dad tried and and even said it was good) 50 calories
1/4 cup of fat free mozarella cheese (kraft) 60 calories if i remember correctly
Total Calories 250 calories and it does fill me. I have add ham to the mix to get the protein and calories closer to 300 but thats up to you if you'd like to do it.
I then stick it in the oven for 15 mins and eat. You can add garlic powder or various other spices to give it some more flavor if need be but i have yet to find that need.
i will usually fold the wrap in half to give it a more filling feeling.
