How the hell does Nancy Grace get special treatment around here? The woman is horrible and should rot in hell for bashing those Duke lacrosse players when they did nothing wrong. She had practically declared them guilty from day one and spent damn near a year demonizing them.

Then the day that the NC district attorney dropped all charged against the players, Nancy Grace was conveniently off that night. She's a sorry excuse for a human being.

What I want to know is what the French think of this? I know it is totally different there with their psychological standpoint but it would be interesting to know.

From what I remember it would be illegal if the person has power over the person like for example if they are a teacher, police officer, etc. I haven't ever looked to see any details about it over there. That is just what I been told by my French friends who live in France. Still I will have to ask them to see or hopefully someone here is French. It is always interesting getting another perspective. Do I still think it is wrong this case? Yeah in general. Though yes I know the United States age of consent is different for ever state. Most states though it is 17. With a few being 16, I know, and some being 18. Still if the person is in power I don't see how it could ever be right. Anyone who is in power has more control over another human.

Actually I seen the effects it had on a 14 to 15 year old child who had a serious relationship with a women before. He was about 16 years old at the time he talked about it and it did effect him. He can't have normal relationships anymore. He has a lot of problems now. It effects boys just as much as girls. Even if you don't think it does. You have never been through it to say that it doesn't.
