Let me just say if you're using the conductive paint BE PRECISE AS HELL.

I filled the grooves with silicon thermal compound and used the window defogger paint to bridge it. Basically it's the Tom's Hardware method except the super glue.

Those that have a 1700+ how far have you pushed yours without water cooling?

I'm actually kind of disappointed in my 1700+. Highest stable oc it can manage is 1617Mhz.

That's at 1.85v VCore, still locked.

much easier to use whiteout/nail polish/anything non conductive that doesn't stick too good =). then use loctite rear defogger repair kit. I used an old microscope to make sure i was doing the bridges rite...AND TAPE STUFF OFF! IT MAKES LIFE EASY!

Right now I am at 1.64Ghz. That's 12X with a setting of 136 fsb, but my motherboard adds 1.? to the setting.
So it's actually a fsb of 137.?
I am about at the limits I think. I tried 138 fsb and it would post, but not boot XP.
I don't know how stable it is yet as I just got it to boot 2 minutes ago.
This is at 1.80v.

I'm currently at 1606Mhz using 133x12 at 1.7V . Its strange that it does use a slightly higher fsb or multiplyer than shown (this is on an 8KHA+)
