Huh, AFAIK, this is totally the opposite of the service that we get through Dell. I haven't dealt with them directly, so I don't know any names to give you, but from everything I've heard around the office, they've been good to us. Heck, we're even currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and they still give us decent service. In fact, it's maybe even better than it was before we filed for bankruptcy because now the court makes sure that we pay them on time, and I'm guessing they like that.
