That is not the issue. The fact that some dont think an "Only Whites Party" not ok is highly surprising.
No one has an issue with a party that happens do be "All white" or all anything for that matter. The Racist problem occurs when you create a "Whites Only" party where only white people can attend. And what is the penalty if a black person crashes the party??? - Handcuffs? Humiliations? Tar, feathers and lynching?

To those that think this is OK HOW is this any different from Jim Crow laws where you had "Whites Only" restaurants, Movie houses and Hotels? Do you guys not see any similarity?
Europeans have always had a discrimination issue with Jews. Europeans killed Millions of Jews. How you feel if you walked down a European street and saw a Shop that said "No Jews"?

What is the penalty if a homeless person crashes a ritzy country club party? But that's ok, he's just a bum and we don't care. We only care if the issue involves hot topics such as race and sexual orientation, and the media will be sure to put the appropriate spin on it to get the desired reaction.

So you equate someone being BORN a certain color to a person being homeless based on choice or circumstance. People can work hard and get OUT of homelessness. The Non-White person can never become "White". You have a flaw in your thinking.

That BUM can one day enter that party if they choose to make money to do so.
Whites only means just that - WHITE PEOPLE ONLY. It is not a Choice to be "Non-WHite."
