Not sure what size drill I used. I just grabbed what looked to be the thickness of the threaded part of a case screw (so the head doesn't slip the drilled hole). So I used regular case fan screws.
As for a 120mm, that would require not only drilling the case holes screws but extra vent holes to make full use of the 120mm size. There is room to do it, and if I ever pop an Athlon in that case I will, but I think the 90mm in front plus the 3DFXcool hhdHO drive cooler sucking in with the 80mm rear and 80mm PS fan should keep things pretty good for a Celeron. I just went the easy route that allowed me more cooling than normal, besides I had the 90mm sitting around doing nothing.
