Antec Customer Survey

Did anyone get one of these in their email? It's a customer survey being run by a company called "Zoomerang". Apparently Antec really does care about what it's customers are looking for. Among other things, there are questions about what features you'd like to see in new Antec products. They even listed "removable motherboard tray" as one choice. Shows they've been listening to feedback, at least. Look for this survey in your mailbox and let them know what you think.

I want a 75 pound, 24 inch tall case with no doors, no windows, nothing removable or movable, with the drive bays placed inconveniently and out of spec, and with oddly placed power and reset buttons, recessed so they're difficult to press. And I want it expensive, and not to include a power supply. And no feet. In Packard-Bell's greyish beige color.

I'd settle for a case with a built-in coffeemaker

(edit: they can call it the PlusBrew 1000)

I have had nothing but good experiences with Antec cases, products, psu's and dealing with them on a one-to-one basis.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

ANTEC ROCKS! That's all I have to say!

I want a 3700 with a window panel just like they do for the lanboy. I love the riveted, secure window they do.

I just got the window kit for my Antec SX835II - Looks SWEET! I also like the riveted look and quality. They have a nice accent around the side fan blow-hole. Kinda like a striped effect - an LED fan looks mighty fine in it.

Hey, that's my case!

Well, except it's not half of 75 pounds, almost everything's removable, with drive bays in proper positions, properly placed power and reset buttons, it included a power supply, and it was $60 cheaper than an Inwin Q500 back when I bought it in '99.

Wait, I guess that's not my case then.

Really, I have four minor complaints about the Antec KS-180.

[*]Doesn't allow for cooling fans larger than 92mm in the intake position.
[*]One-piece cover.
[*]Recessed motherboard access area prevents usage of fans larger than 40mm for intake/exhaust of air
[*]Lots of wasted space above the power supply.

If Antec made a newer version of the KS-180 that remedied those 4 issues, I'd snap one up, regardless of my financial situation.

Besides, plain biege cases with no windows make great mod projects. But aesthetics is one thing that I'm not willing to pay for right now.

660amg with drive cover.
Hate to see different colors of drives, and it's a hassle to find matching drives, also.

I'd like them to merge with Lian-Li. Combine their case ideas and PSUs and I'd be all set.
