Antec LED case fans for 9.52 shipped

Update on my order: I placed a 2nd order for the blue LED fan on Oct 1st when someone announced they were back in stock. Waited several days with my order "sent to warehouse". Received email Oct. 5th saying that they were still looking for the item. Received email this morning saying item was shipped via FedEx Ground. Yippee. Scheduled date of delivery: 10/14. Now I'll be able to put it on my blowhole at the top of my case.

As far as a power Y-splitter cable goes, I needed to get one as my power supply only has 5 power connectors. I just picked one up at CompUSA for $5. They can be found here.

y not just stop by any electronic store and pick one up for much cheaper like $2...try fry's or any computer store...
sure doesn't cost $5 for that piece of splitter...

thanks for the link! I just ordered one for $1.25 shipped first class mail I don't have an immediate need for it and hey for $1.25 I guess I'll get what I pay for eh? Plus 2 blue fans from buy.com for around $16 total.... they'll match my new blue Chieftec case, presuming that it arrives in the next few years

They charged me $23 for the fans. When they screwed up my order I was afraid they would charge me for shipping since it seems free shipping on that item comes and goes, but they didn't. Now I got to figure out what to do with this software since I dont have a scanner!

heh, I got my $1.25 Y-cable in the mail today (but I think it probably came yesterday and I didn't check the mail it was under a bunch of other stuff).... so that's 5 days (possibly 4) from ordering to getting it, including a weekend, through the U.S. Mail!

Just a quick update. I placed my order on 10/11 for two blue fans. Today I got a "still looking" email saying that they won't charge my CC until they ship and that they should be in stock soon, hopefully.

I guess I shouldn't be too unhappy since I haven't even bought most of the componants (besides the $35 chieftec case )for the system these will go in yet.

I've had a couple of these fans installed for about a week and one of the lights on one of the fans has already gone out. Anyone know if Antec will replace the fan or light? I threw the packaging away so I don't know if there's any sort of warranty. Thanks.

Antec Policy/Return/RMA Procedure

iluvdeal for something as small as one of their fans they may just send you a replacement without you having to sendi in your defective unit. Shoot 'em an email. Never know till you try.
