Are you saying that the inventory said they didn't have any, but they actually did - or was it the other way around?

This case isn't bad, but it is overrated. I have a Lian-Li PC75B, which is a much better case. You're better off getting that one, or any other Lian-Li case.

I wish I can afford one of those Lian-Li cases... but they cost like 3 to 4x's the P160.

People exaggerate on the price of lian-li cases. A typical pc-60 runs around $120-130.

Yes. I would call the store you plan to visit regardless of what it say on the internet.

+ Compusa sucks.

Did I mention they suck?

That Lian-Li is fugly. And so is the PC-60. Actually the only Lian-Li that looks reasonably stylish is the PC-68... but its dual 80mm front intakes and single 80mm rear exhaust are louder and move less air than the P160's single 120mm exhaust. It follows, then, that the PC75's 4x80mm fans are also louder than the P160's 1x120mm fan. (Though 4x80 may be more effective than 1x120)

Style is and always will be debatable.

There's no need to threadcrap on a deal like this. Now go play nicely.

Edit: FYI, I'm a very happy owner of a P160. I'm also biased against Lian-Li in general since the only case I find visually appealing is the PC68... which just doesn't compare to the retired Coolermaster ATC-110 series.

the p160 comes with a 120 exhaust fan but also has a spot for a 120 intake fan

The P160 would cost me $68.50 AR/AT. The Super Lanboy is great too for $76.50 shipped from HERE Includes 2 120mm fans and can get it for only $8 more than the P160 without the rebate hassle. No removeable tray, however. I wish I got in on the deal at Fry's for $39 AR. Both cases are excellent, I have a Sonata that I have been pleased with......Nice find OP!

I bought one yesterday and returned it today. Why? I opened the box and found I really don't care for the full size cases anymore. I have several full sized cases here already and even though I am impressed with the workmanship of the P160 and the incorporation of the 120mm fan, the style is not to my liking.

Oh, if you remove the front bezel there's a screen like filtering system that's easily removed for cleaning. Just be cautous about how you remove that bezel. There's a metal rod you need to press in first and the instructions do lack.

If you really need a full sized case and require 120mm fans, this is a sweet little number. All aluminum makes it light and if you like the looks you can't really lose at this price. I don't know about the Super Lanboy so I can't comment, but I did get a refirb Cooler Master from newegg over a year ago and man that was the shizz. Problem was, it only had 80mm fan usage and no front panel usb or audio ports. Maybe that's why it was returned. My flagship computer's case is the Sonata which shares many of the design features of the P160; the side-ways hard drive installation, 120mm fan, but it's steel and heavy.

I'll never go back to a case with 80mm fans. The 120's are excellent.........only my $0.02

DAMN YOU HOT DEALS!!!!!!! Yeah I dropped some cash on the P160. I went and looked and liked it too much. The wieght of it is impressive...it is beer can light. My Sonata is like a tank compared to this thing. I think I'm going to like it........

Saw this case in person at a CrapUSA. Sorry, but it looks fugly and cheap. The chromed out look is sooo cheezy. I'm stick w/ the 100 lb. Antec SX-830 thank you very much.

SX-830, ah yes the good old days, had one of those cases and liked it alot too. You could run it through a wood chipper and it wouldn't have a scratch on it. I don't miss the noise from all those 80mm fans, the 120's are much metter IMO. Yeah, the outside is a bit over the top, but it is functional. The top mounted power/USB is excellent and the innards with all the thumb screws are nice, removeable tray very nice. It's a bit delicate no doubt but this is a very nice case for $60.....

Funny you guys bringing up the sx-830... that's what I'm upgrading from. I'll be more than happy to get rid of the 4 80mm fans.

Don't mind him, he suffers from idiot syndrome.

I tend to agree with thenotebook. I went into CompUSA fully intending to buy the case, but the cheap FUGLY front bezel, combined with the fact that the buttons for the 2 front CD/DVD drives have fallen off the display model, and the doors for these don't seem to have springs on them - totally put me off. I like the idea of 120mm fans, and the layout inside isn't too horrible, but the fake plastic chrome makes me wanna hurl, sorry.

BTW, they will order the case for you if it's not in stock at the store. Thanks for the heads up OP, but this case is not for me (are there reasonably priced replacement front bezels for these?)

I went to CompUSA today to look at this case and I came away with the same impression. Cheap plastic. The chrome looked like ass. Returned home and ordered a Sonata. I hope the one that ships has the new TruePower 380W PSU with the stronger 12V line.

I got it at Amazon for $102 shipped. Not a bad price but I wish I'd have decided to order one about 2 weeks ago when there was a $30 rebate available.

I am upgrading from a Sonata. I have not been happy with it. It is very cramped, you can not get the HSF or proc out without removing the PS or mobo...very annoying. There is no room for spare PS wires. Externally it looks great but internally it's a nightmare to work with. I am really looking forward to having a slide-out mobo tray again.

Haha I went to compusa as well to pick up the Belkin wireless router and dropped check out the P-160. It looks unbelievably cheaply made, especially the entire front bezel with the painted plastic faux metal and the bling chrome trim. Oh, and the front drive covers had fallen off as well. No reason to upgrade from this 5 year old Antec SX1040 although I wish I could pick up front panel connector bay cheaply somewhere.

Having said all that, this case is nicer than almost any other for the price, just not ideal for me.

Running a SX830 myself Love the sturdy feel and heft! I'm not a LAN party sort of guy so thick sturdy metal is a positive for me. Receintly bought a handful of 80mm Panaflows from SVC for $3/each and loaded her up! Actually, I only use two in the back which is more than enough air flow for my A64 system.

I also own an Sonata but think of the 830 as my "good box". I'm thinking about picking up a black version with USB on the front since the beigh is looking a little dated these days.

At any rate, still love the boat anchor

If the front bezel of the P160 had only look better, I'd be all over it. Double 120mm fans, rubber cusioned drive mounts, sliding mobo tray, intake filter. Why the hell did Antec hire some ass to design the front bezel, WHY?!
