Rebates are different for the black and the silver cases, so you could get both.

Man I thought I got a good deal 2 weeks ago when I got it from them for $90 delivered. Should have waited!

On this same case, what are anyone's thoughts on a power supply for this case. I'm thinking Conroe E6300/E6400 high overclock air, on an Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi. Should I just get a good PSU, such as the Corsair HX520W or HX620W and plan on getting an extension for the 4-pin ATX 12v (or 8-pin EPS12 if I go Nvidea 680i)?

The Antec NeoHE 550 at $70 delivered from OUTPOST seems tempting. It's supposedly quiet, but there's alot online about Neo/MB compatability problems (supposedly now fixed) and reliability problems(?). At $70 is it worth the risk? Anybody know, with actual experience, whether when it dies has it just taken only itself or fried other components?

Hopefully, nobody is too offended by this semi-hijack, as it is related to this case. Thanks.

I just installed an Antec NeoHE 550 from outpost and its working great. I replaced my older Antec 430w and this new power supply is much much quieter.

How do they ship this to make sure there will be no damage? Will they put it inside a shipping box? Or, do they just ship it in the Antec case box itself?

The 'egg just ships it in the antec box. Really a problem when the UPS guy leaves it at your front door for all to see.

Most likely it ships just in the Antec box. I bought an Antec SOLO case from frys a week ago when it was $50 AR and they shipped it just in the Antec box, but arrived in perfect shape.

If this deal was available at the time I bought my SOLO case I don't know which one I would have choosen. This is a sweet deal!

I am in the same situation. I got solo couple of weeks ago from outpost.com, and wish they had P180b available.

I am happy with solo since it is smaller brother of P150 in my opinion, but only in black. I have just ordered NeoHE 550 from them for $69 shipped. Compusa had NeoHe for $69 after $30 rebates, and I did not want to deal with yet another rebate.

So tempting to return solo, and get this if they would let me.

NeoHE 550 is a great PSU - as far as I know, its made by Seasonic. I picked it up for $69 on the last deal about a month ago and I've had no problems whatsoever. Eventhough its only an 80mm fan, its pretty much DEAD silent. Modular cables are a plus.

this psu wouldn't be my first choice. without totally discrediting this guy... he only gives you his experience, which is absolutely useless. and so what that seasonic makes them?!

believe your research and the reviews. i used 18 neoHE 550's on client builds and have had to replace 6 of them. unacceptable. just yesterday, 2 have become loud. it's silent to start... until your system one day pushes its cooling threshold. get the tp-ii or trio. i use them to power 25 clients and servers, going 6-12months now, not a single problem. fyi, i use asus and msi mb's.

as for this case... thanks OP, perfect for the holidays. i know a few people thought this won't get cheaper if we waited a bit longer. fools *

edit
on the corsairs... my 2 nephews (gamers) use those exact models. i believe ~4 months now -- no problems powering their fx55's, x1900 xt, 2gb, 2x raptors, front panels, external boxes galore, plus water cooling and cathode goodies.

I suggest getting any of the Seasonic PSU. They're quieter, more efficient, and reliable than the NeoHE. I know NeoHE is made by Seasonic, but the components are not of the high quality in the Seasonic branded one. Head over to SilentPCReview to read the reviews on the NeoHE and Seasonic.

I have been using this Antec case for half a year now, it is hands down the best case out there if you don't mind the huge size and the bottom PSU placement.

Also had very good experience with antec support to replace the door. (Old style single-ply aluminum door). Since I live close to the support center, the support manager just told me to drive by and pick it up, totally hassle free and it is always good to put a face on the person you communicate with.

Two thumbs up for Antec Support!

The rebate has to be post marked by the 23rd. The sell price of $109 is today only.
