the price isnt confirm and it comes with a 1200w PSU. I mean 1kw PSUs are very expensive...most of the $400 (if that is the MSRP) is going to pay for the PSU

Meh, it's an antec PSU. Unless its a rebadged Seasonic like the Neo's, it's a waste. I don't know that they even make a 1kw, and even if they did it would cost more than the $400 the case is supposed to go for. I'll take my good old original P180 thanks.
