Antec P280 no intake fan...

I just bought an Antec P280 case thinking there would be 2x 120mm intake fans and one 120mm rear exhaust.

That is how the case was configured in the Anandtech review from 2011 I read.

However the case came with 2x 120mm top exhaust fans and 1 x 120mm rear exhaust. So there are really no intake fans.

I bought this case because I though it was pretty silent and i really don't want to add more fans then the 3 that already are installed.
I'm using 4 x 3,5 HDDs and 1 x SDD drive.

Is this going to be a problem?

Why not just move the existing fans so they're where you want them? Drives don't generate much heat, so that's not a problem. If you're building a typical one-processor, one-video card rig you'll be fine.

Its not going to be a problem as you've just gone with a negative pressure arrangement by default. Cool air still gets sucked in by the lower case pressure but the downside of negative pressure is that it draws air from any gaps or perforation which leads to unfiltered air being sucked in(more dust).

If you'd like to experiment with different configurations(top exhaust unchanged), move the rear exhaust to the front as an intake or reverse it to be a rear intake. Won't make a lot of difference though.

This.

I bought the P280, moved the two top exhaust fans to the front and then sealed the top vents. I have no heat problems with my 2500k at 4.3 GHz and a 7870 at 1150 MHz, and I run my case fans at 5v.

I like how quiet this setup is and how little dust gets in the case. I clean the dust filter about once per month, but it wouldn't hurt to do it more often.

My only concern for your setup would be if your hard drives blocked the air flow of the intake fans.
