Just got combo from Monarch, been running for a solid 7 days with ZERO problems - then I come home, hit the power button to start up, fans spin for a second, case lights come on, then everything stops.
I have disconnected AC to PSU, disconnected surge from wall, cleared CMOS, unplugged 20pin and 12v connectors from mb, tried a method to boot from suspend mode (which it wasn't in, earlier today I powered it down normally, I never use suspend), left mb battery out overnight, left cmos cleared overnight, set up system out of case on nonconductive surface, tried a different PSU with mb to witness same symptoms (my Antec PSU is still fine).
I can only get this to happen now: hit power button, fans spin up then down, hdd/system/power lights come on, then hdd light goes off BUT the system & power (yellow&green) lights blink ON and OFF at the same time, over and over until I hold the power button down for awhile - then system clicks off. Almost seems like its stuck in hibernation or something.
This has happened to many people on MSI forums:

Also found this info, which some speculate that the Antec and Neo2 have incompatible startup timings which could lead one to kill the other:

I knew that the older Antec PSU's had serious issues with the Abit AV8, and some reported issues with the Neo2 as well - that's why I RMA'd my old version and got a BRAND NEW Antec TP430 that was supposed to have all the bug fixes. Seems like there is something still going on between these two brands - I would suggest potential buyers find a different PSU or motherboard (depending on if they already have one or the other). I should also note here that a few people have also had this problem happen when using specifically the OCZ 520w and the Neo2.
