Antec True380 Problems?

I just bought an Antec Sonata case the other day with a nice TruePower 380 watt power supply.

I switched everything over to the new case and plugged everything in and flipped the switch on the power supply and the machine immediately started up, without hitting the power button. I have to reset it two or three times to get a video signal, but after that it runs just fine.

Also, when I choose SHUT DOWN from the Windows XP menu, it goes to the "Windows XP is shutting down..." screen and freezes without actually shutting down. My USB hub and optical mouse lights turn off, but it just sits there with the shutdown screen on and the power still running. If I choose RESTART instead of SHUT DOWN everything works fine.

Everything worked fine with my last case (generic POS), so what could be the problem?

256mb Samsung PC2700 DDR
Two Maxtor hard drives (15GB @ 5400, 60GB @ 7200)

Soundblaster Live!
Creative Modem Blaster External (serial)
Belkin powered USB hub
SanDisk Smart Media/Compact Flash reader
Canon LiDE30 scanner

Dunno. I've got an Intel 2.6C in a P4P800 in a Sonata case. I've had no problems shutting down or starting up. It's been a really nice build.

i remember there's a patch for the shut down problem,check from microsoft's site.

Well yeah, but all of them say "Install Service Pack 1!" which I've already done. Plus, the startup problem makes me think it's a hardware thing.
