hello..about 3 months ago I bought a SX1030 from Onvia when they had the deal on them..not even 3 weeks after I got the case, the power supply died. I emailed Antec and got an RMA number, sent the power supply back, and now 3 months later I can't get anybody there to acknoledge my existance. I have tried calling and emailing several times, all to no avail. Has anybody else dealt with them about an RMA? I'm using a power supply out of my spare system, and would like to get this stinking power supply back so I can use both of my PC's again.
I love Antec's stuff, but if this is how it is to get parts RMA'd, I won't deal with them again.
