My best friend who I went to high school with.. made some questionable choices. He used a lot of recreational drugs so never really managed to save up money.

So he moved to Texas, married a mexican gal who was illegal and he has 3 kids now. She brought over her whole family after naturalization and they don't want any part of a Trump wall!

Oh and he just bought a 3000 square feet home for $70,000 USD. In NY State that'd be about 10 times that if not more. Said his property taxes are like $800 a year.. that's like less than 10% of mine.
