Really? Using the misdirection tactic?
"Poisoning the well" only applies when the original party is making an evidence-based argument (for example, I personally don't think its directly relevant where a climate-change rejecting scientist gets their funding, as long as what they are saying stays within the bounds of normal science).
But in this case we are just talking about political rants, not reasoned arguments. Hence the nature of the person saying it is of direct relevance and the 'poisoned well' argument is not applicable.
Misdirection? No, just pointing out the pathetic tactics used by that scumbag. There's no excuse for stuff like that but nice try, you're a clear example of identity politics apologism. As a centrist, I can't help but notice that while both extreme left and extreme right are full of bigots and fascists, only the left side engages in full-on hypocrisy hiding behind fake agendas like "equality" and "anti-fascism". That kind of stuff leads straight into "1984" territory.
The only thing worse than a bigot is a hypocrite one.
