antivirus trigger

i've been trying for the past few days to get rid of this antivirus trigger crap from my computer. apparently one of my brothers somehow downloaded it onto the computer...and i haven't been able to do anything or get on the internet until right now...but i'm in safe mode and whenever i try to start the comp in the normal mode it won't do anything most of the time. it usually doesn't let me touch the start menu cause there will always be a loading hourglass on it...and i can't open IE. i went into safe mode and deleted all these files that had the name antivirustrigger or anything associated with it and i did the regedit thing and searched for all the antivirustrigger files in there and got rid of them. but sometimes they just come back...i don't know...or maybe i just didn't get them all in the first place. anyway, it's a huge pain in the butt and i'm just about to go crazy. also, when i load windows normally...it has an error...something about rulufutu.dll so i wonder if i deleted something i shouldn't have...also, i have this thing that keeps popping up every few minutes saying my computer might be infected and i have no idea how to get rid of it and if i click on it, it will take me to virtrigger.com. the icon is a red shield with an X on it. i'm pretty much tired of searching for solutions cause they don't seem to be working so i figured i might as well ask here.

Find and Delete these Antivirus Trigger Files:

AntivirusTrigger.exe
AnvTrgr.exe
AntivirusTrigger.url
AntivirusTrigger.lnk
AntivirusTriggerBin.exe
AntivirusTriggerBinWarning.dll
rulufutu.dll
Remove Antivirus Trigger Registry Values:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run ?Antivirus Trigger?
Empty the trash.
Install and run an updated anti virus/malware package. There are many free ones that do a good job.
Slap your brother.

You could try MalwareBytes & SUPERAntispyware.
A trained HJT adviser can clean the PC.

whee. i ran some program from the internet...it wasn't any of the ones you said but i will try those today because the one i did took away the thing in the notification area that kept popping up and a bunch of other files associated with that crap...but i still can't use the computer in normal mode. i click on the user that i want to log in with and it will freeze or sometimes get to the desktop and freeze there! i guess i'll just keep using other programs til something happens. also, i downloaded a trial to some program called kaspersky..i think that's what it's called. anyway, i'm in safe mode and it says something like i can't install it cause i don't have permission from admin...but i'm in the administrator profile thing in safe mode. so any way to change that?

one more thing. can someone provide a direct link to the download of that malwarebytes thing? their website doesn't seem to be working. malwarebytes.org. i remember trying to go to that site yesterday then i clicked on a few other links that google brought up but i don't trust them cause they just look like they're full of ads.

ok the other antivirus thing is called f-secure. i ran both that and malwarebytes' and they have both removed a bunch of crap but i am still not able to run in normal mode. it will show the logon screen and when i choose my profile it just freezes...any other programs that i can run? i have no idea what could be causing this. sometimes it will load the desktop but then it will just freeze again or i won't be able to click on the start bar cause the hourglass will be on the whole time.
