Any AT'ers with the XP 1700+/1800+ T-Bred B's yet?

Not if I can help it......
0311 XPMW at 2100@1.75v, chipset@1.7v Load temp 50c, idle 43c, i'm getting a mem read of 2886MB/s and write of 1065MB/s.....when I go above 180 x 12 it won't boot into win2k w/o 1.75v. 180 x 12 boots to windows but prime95 failed immediately, but 180 x 11.5 and 200 x 10.5 are fine......go figure........

I just saw another thread her in the OC forum where people were complaining about having to "settle" for DUT chips. One guy implied that they were crap because you had to crank voltage over 1.75 to get over 2.1 out of them!

It made me think back a few months to when people pushed their chips with crazy volts just to see what they could do! I still see sigs in forums where people are running at 1.9-2V on a daily basis. Is it me, or have people been "spoiled" by the DLT's? A year ago, people would have been jumpin' up and down to get a 400MHz OC!

yup, when the palo's were out, people are boasting about a 400MHz oc on their AGOIA
now, people complain about it even though it is now a 700MHz overclock

I'm not complaining at all......believe me, I'm thrilled with the 700+ boost I'm getting. For $49 this is a great deal.....+ at the 200fsb x 10.5 it is faster than an XP2600+. Trust me when I had the celeron 300A overclocked to 450mhz I was happy with that too. It looks like Shim has this chip @2420 but he's on water with more volts......his is a 0310 and mine is a 0311....

Anyone have any benchies? I wanna see how your 2.2-2.45's compare with my stock speed P4C 2.4, 1gb PC3200, and Ti-4200 using a 2mb cache drive.

i would volunteer but since reinstalling windows for the 8 billionth time... i noticed that my 3dkmark 2001 scores were almost 1000 points lower... i updated the drivers and everything but can barely break the 13,000 mark.... while before i was almost hitting the 14K mark...

any suggestions as to fix this? i'm using powerstrip to oc the card... it is at 300/540 at the moment

Make sure v-sync is off maybe?

it's 1am here and i have a chemistry exam coming at 8 am. must reach school by 7 am
this can be considered as good. last year, during the government exams, i slept for 2 hours a day for the whole week

ooops...... I forgot to type....wow it's amazing how much room temp can affect cpu/case temp.....mine went down by 4 degrees after opening the windows and having the fan blow into the room....I'm still at 2100 200 x 10.5 @1.75v 47c, 26c case fans (down from 51c, 30c). Gonna try more aggressive timings and maybe 200 x 11@1.75v....

heh, oh yeah!!! my t-bred "A" at 8.5x 217FSB AND 1.75v (actually 1.73 or less -_-) BEATS ALL UR T-BRED B'S!!!

anyway, i have a t-bred b in the mail, i'll have a new toy to play with later

Well I just ordered my 1700+ off newegg for 45 bucks, people have been getting pretty good cores lately so it seems worth a shot. Is this the best place to buy right now for 50 bucks still? I'm just making sure while I have time to void the purchase, anyways wish me luck, i'll be joining this thread soon.

Read: 3077, write: 1169 this is at 7-3-3-2
the post at the top of the page is with mem settings at: 10-5-5-2.5
When I went to 6-3-3-2 it went to: 3069/1169
I think the below specs are where I'm stayin'. If I go up to 11 multi it locks on its way into win2k, I went to 210 x 9.5=1995 and I got into win2k and aida bench was: 3201/1210 but prime95 took a dump within 1min....

This is almost too easy. My new 8RDA+ hit 200MHz with my 0310 WPMW hitting 12 x 200@1.7v just like that

SETI@home running at 50C..not bad!!

50C's is a bit high for me

i like running mine at 40C's on water @ 1.8 volts (1.74 actual)... nice and cool yet still gets the job done

Shim, my cpu temps went from 38 to 49 degrees in the last few days under NO LOAD AT ALL. can this be attributed to rise in room temps? temps went from low 70's to mid 80's
