Any bad side effects of Creatine? Your experiences?

I think that is due to the hydration saturation, i.e. your muscles are water logged and when you stop taking it they lose a little water.

get mine from a GNC, have had nothing but success with creatine i'd say its one of the best supplements out there

so u shouldnt take creatine with just water? ive been takin creatine on and off for a while now...with just water. although it says unfalvored on the box, it tastes horrible when i take it with just water. what do u guys take creatine with? oh i got the GNC one - 100% creatine monohydrate.

as for results....i was taking it last summer everyday and workin out everyday. i went up a lot on muscle-mass and the weights i was pushing. but then i stopped taking it over the school year as i couldnt work out everyday. actually during the past school year, i worked out maybe like 10-20 times. sad to say, im the chubbiest ive ever been now. but ive started workin out again....and started on creatine again. lets see how it goes.

oh...and take creatine abt an hour before you go work out

When you take it you MUST,MUST do a loading stage at the begining of your program.Usually taking two doses a day for a week.
The Cell Tech tasts awesome.Like Kool aid.Just dont drink it too fast,or the toilet will benefit from it more than your body.

Prove what? That Cell-tech is an overpriced creatine and dextrose mix? Read the freakin' label for yourself.

Of course it works. But you can get the same thing for a fraction of the price if you buy any pure creatine product, and mix it with your own dextrose or sweet, non-acidic fruit juice.

Look, it's your money, I'm just trying to help you save it. Cell-Tech is not some fancy form of creatine. They are pushing a name brand and making you pay outrageously for sugar (90% of the product). Creatine is creatine just like asprin is asprin. You can pay five times for fancy name brands and sugar mixes, or you can save money. It's up to you.
