Any bayTrail 13" to 14" laptop?

Hi all,
Is there any laptop with 12.5" to 14.4" screen which have Intel BayTrail processor that have more than 7 hours battery life sell for less than $599?
Touch Screen?

any reason why you want a larger screen? (you want higher resolution, you just want a bigger screen etc)

you could get a 12-20" portable monitor driven off the USB bus (their resolutions aren't that great either)

I want a laptop that is 13 to 14 inches, the 10 inches or 12 inches just too small for me, I can't see them, and the trading programs I run need to be a bigger screens, the regular laptop only last 3 to 4 hours max on battery life. I need to travel with a light and long battery life laptop, I don't want a mac. so I guess I have to wait. how is the Haswell laptop battery life?

Sound like you want a Haswell ultrabook. I think Bay Trail is OK for light use, but if you are using it for money making purposes, you might want something more powerful.

Ultrabook is too expensive and it's battery life is still less than 5 hours. Still waiting to see if any haswell notebook with proven battery life longer than 8 hours.
Any airport we are going now take more than half day. I do have a lot of different size notebooks already include a Asus G53 with i7 4 core gaming laptop. I just want one light laptop to replace my ASUS UL80J.

unfortunately, the target market for Bay Trail (light processing power, good battery life, light) means it should be small...

with a bigger screen, users would probably want more CPU (and get a haswell/i5), and usually heavier

also, Microsoft requires all Bay Trail laptops to be <11" to get free Office Home & Student. doubt any manufacturer would make a >11" bay trail







you could get a haswell, undervolt/clock it to achieve better battery life and lower CPU performance(but still better than Bay Trail)

Thinkpad T440 is 14.1", 4 pounds, starts around $800, could get >8 hour battery life

Acer Aspire E1-572 is 15", 4.6 pounds, ~6 hour battery, $500

Well, Asus is making one 4 in 1 13.3" laptop/tablet; I guess this is what I am looking for. Hope the battery life will be longer than 6 hours.

What I've been talking about is bay trail-t (atom quad core) that is already released

You could also talk about bay trail-m which the yoga 2 uses. Higher tdp (7.5-10w instead of 2.5w), but obviously more powerful
