Any critiques for my proposed new system?

Plan to build in late April to early May but would like to get most parts ASAP to take advantage of rebates and what not. Mostly gaming/photoshop work.

CPU: Intel C2D E6420 (When it is released)
MB: GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
Memory: OCZ Platinum Rev.2 2GB DDR2 PC2-6400 or Corsair XMS2 2GB TWIN2X2048-6400C4 (Which would be better?)
Videocard: EVGA 8800GTS 640MB (Although the 320MB version looks like a great buy at $100 cheaper..)
Soundcard: Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic
HD: WD 74GB Raptor and 2x Seagate 500GB
Case: Antec P-180(or 182)
PSU: Corsair 620HX or Thermaltake Toughpower 650
HSF: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

I do plan to OC of course. First system build for me in over 3 yrs I think? Currently using a Athlon 64 2800+ and Radeon 9500 PRO.

As always: That PSU is overkill, unless you want to run a hairdryer off the USB port.

What about the Corsair 520HX then?

The 520W will be fine. Either is a great PSU, but the 520W will be fine for that.
What size display do you have? If you've got like a 19" or so, you should be fine with the 320MB GTS if budget is getting close.

A 20" LCD(1600x1200) and a 32" HDTV(1366x768 I think) are currently hooked up to my computer. I plan to hook them both to the new PC too. I have like.. maybe $1500 to spend on it.. of course, cheaper is always better. I could put the rest of the money into something else..

Get the OCZ over the corsair for more overclocking headroom; it'll overclock better. 520W PSU should be fine. Take the 640MB 8800GTS over the 320 unless you're playing games at lower than 1600*1200. Unless you're really into sound you can tone that X-Fi down to a vanilla model (or personally I didn't bother getting a sound card at all, as the S3/DS3 both have 8-channel HD digital audio).

The sound card is actually coming from the system I'm on right now.

Can't wait till that E6420 is out so I can order everything.
