What I meant was you have to buy it from illegal sources. And it's damn illegal to sell pretty much everywhere. It is not illegal to buy ephedrine, just they cannot sell it in the US by itself.

Interesting. Legal in what country?
Yea, everyone who doesn't understand you is a troll.
I missed the post where you mentioned the shop in question was located in Canada (where, according to Wikipedia as I now see, it's legal to even sell it).
Better to just zero carb when you want to lose some quick fat. I have an inability to gain weight if I don't eat carbohydrates... say I make a turkey or eat some precooked rotisserie chickens. Carbs cause weight gain. Period.
I love it when I run into people... "You look great! How did you do it!!????"
Like it's some fucking magic.
I don't want to rain on your parade, but there is no such thing as quickly losing (any) fat, period.Better to just zero carb when you want to lose some quick fat. It's fair to say you are pretty much incorrect. It's fair to say using other methods does not ALWAYS mean you're lazy or lack willpower or whatever, though.
If you were really FAT, then pretty much any change in diet for the better is likely to give significant results in the beginning
Depends on how quickly. I switched to an all protein (eggs) breakfast and dropped 20 lbs in the past year and that's without working out. I lost 10 lbs really quickly (first month or so) cutting out the carbs in the morning, yet I eat a decent of amount of carbs for lunch.
Back in the day, I can attest to the E/C/A stack. I don't mess with it nowadays since I look great but it was highly effective in amping up my energy levels for workouts. Also keep in mind that caffeine and ephedra are two of the only beta blockers of fat in the body which is why it's so dam effective.
Agreed with your point. You have to go through from some exercise and diet plan if you want to lose weight. There is no magic pill that will make you *poof* lose weight. It takes a healthy, balanced diet AND sweat/exercise.
This isn't true at all. While they don't do all the work for you, I've taken a few that have greatly improved my cutting success. a simple e/c stack can help and increase energy levels but

works wonders, not sure why it's listed under women but it doesn't really matter.
With that said, I wouldn't take anything for very long, a few weeks maybe a month to help get a cut finished. If you're trying to take the way route and not change your diet, nothing will help you lose the weight you want to lose. And by change your diet I don't mean 'go on a diet' but change what you eat and how you eat for as long as you want to maintain the weight loss.
Qsymia is a combination of topiramate and phentermine (of the now infamous and sometimes fatal fen-phen diet). It's FDA approved and supposed to be effective. It comes in 3 or 4 different dosages so you should start at the lowest to see how the drugs affect you. Some people have bad reactions to one or both of those meds.
Titrate up 7 days at a time to make sure you don't have any adverse side effects and if you're taking other meds always check for drug interactions. The one at drugs.com is very good. Maybe too good since it gives you every possible interaction including many nutritional supplements but it does also tell you the severity level so you can get a handle on the priority - https://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html
