1. Cut your food intake by 50%. Like most Americans, you are eating way too much. No cheating.

2. Drink coffee.

3. Take aspirin.

4. 20 minutes HIIT every other day. Do it. No cheating.

5. Make this a lifestyle. No cheating.

6. Profit.

I heard a lot of horror regarding that Qsymia. As for me, the best way to lose weight is the right diet. When diet does not work, medicine is of no use.
You're right. Some people respond very badly to the ingredients in Qsymia. Topiramate especially. But a lot of people can take it with no issues at all. I think the way it works is that it kills your appetite so you just don't want to eat and therefore you lose weight.

The other day one of my colleagues recommended a pill-like stuff that can curb the fat and calories you would have taken. So even if you surpassed your calorie budget, there is little chance that you'll getting fat. I just refused to take it, being afraid that I may become relying on it too much.

I was walking around walmart the other day, and saw these HEAVILY advertised diet pills that apparently help you lose weight. Do any of these ACTUALLY work ?

I have been lazy for a bit now, but im going to try hitting the gym every single day. Going to hit more cardio and lifting. Lifting not so much, but whenever i do, i do atleast a mile on either eliptical or treadmill. About a year and half ago, i used to go everyday, and do atleast 4 miles on the elliptical, burning about 600 cals on avg. I lost weight during that time, but i got sick and gained it all back.

I want to try speed up my metabolism. Its very slow, and i cant tend to burn weight ! Any of these pills been USED by anyone on here ?

Thanks
The diet pill is effective but it has a lot of side effect.my mother took diet pill when she was overweight.aster 1 month she feels that her face and backside is full of a red pimple but she lose a lot of weight.then she consults with a doctor and does a medical test and her liver started damage. So it's better to stay away from those pills and syrup.

Normally, I'd check very carefully first before taking any supplements. I find supplementreviews to be a good site when it comes to checking on supplements first. I mean, I've stumbled upon sites that are all praises on certain supplements only to find out that they are affiliated with those products, or that those reviews are paid. Anyway..

As for 'diet' pills, I think this one from Tek Naturals might help.. it is also decently reviewed on SR: https://supplementreviews.com/tek-naturals/burnertek

Personally, I've never tried them, but I trust these reviews so it could be helpful

I haven't popped a diet pill for 50 years and would dream of taking one now in an attempt to control my weight. I have a similar attitude about pharma in general. I do take dietary supplements, Vit. C, D, adult multi, glucosamine, allergy tab, baby aspirin.

I know that diet foods and diet drinks have an appetite suppressant element to them. I know mind over matter. People who live to eat always overcome or over power the appetite suppressants.

There is no magic pill that will make you *poof* lose weight. It takes a healthy, balanced diet AND sweat/exercise.
there are loads of pills that POOF make you lose weight, however depending on your location they might not be healthy and definitely raise your body's core temp and increase heartbeat, you can lose weight eating mcgarbage everyday and one pill every other day (half life is 9 hours.)

There is no healthy way to lose more weight by taking a pill. Health during weight loss should always be the top priority. The risk to your body from the pills exceeds the risk from having a little more weight during your loss period.

The key to it is eat less, especially carbs, but don't reduce fiber too much. If you find your blood sugar level dropping too much between meals, eat smaller, more frequent meals. You might be surprised how long a couple mouthfulls of food can tide you over if you just wait for it to get into your bloodstream instead of continuing to eat more, thinking it is the more instead of time to digest, that is making the difference.

This may take a few days for your body to adjust. Distract yourself by shopping for things you can buy with all the money you save by eating less.

If this is too much of a shock to your system, it is not a reason to abandon the diet changes. It is a reason to hit a middle ground between new and old diet to strike a balance that your metabolism is happy with. You didn't become overweight, overnight, so be patient with your progress and if increasing exercise too, remember it's fat loss, not total weight that matters as the increase in exercise may build muscle mass, so you become slimmer and healthier but your weight doesn't drop fast, but it is building towards a body that burns more calories, becomes synergistic.

= NO
Low Carb High Fat. Incorporate a LOT of physical EXERCISE into your basic lifestyle.
I'm 6ft 4in weigh 186 (normally 185). Despite now getting older, I DEEPLY feel S O O O much more vital and flushed full of vibrant LIFE ENERGY than nearly all the 20 - something guys running around UCSB who have dead-looking glassy eyes and zero aggressiveness and no ZEST. . . those guys are our future??? THE ARCHETYPE OF our current crop of pussified guys = what Heinline called "non breeding males" except what else are the huge population of young beautiful girl going to do??? Seems we are doomed. Earlier generations of women determined they'd raise "sensitive" boys so now in 2021 here you are . . . a bunch of hotter'n hell young babes + a population of pussy "bois" and here comes aggro China...

^ You must be fairly ectomorphic to be at only 185lbs, at 6'4" with a lot of physical exercise... just suggesting that this is an undesirable, unrealistically low weight to height ratio for the average male with a healthy level of muscle mass.
