any difference between the oem and retail voodoo 5500?

You won't get a pretty box with the oem verson, that's about it...

The pretty box is pretty darn expensive as it's nothing but cardboard with nice artwork.

The OEM V5 doesn't come with a warranty..I think thats enough to "warrant" getting the expensive pretty box.

I think most (not all) resellers have one year warranty on OEM V5. Probably very limited warranty.

Just think for a moment.... Who's going to honour that warranty? nVidia? :Q
Get the OEM, since neither really has a warranty anyways. Just be sure the seller gives you a couple return weeks to make sure it's not defective.
