I just installed dotakeys last night, and avgfree is detecting it as a virus. is this true or is it a false positive? anysite i go to is in dutch or something and i dont know what's going on =\

DOTA = Defense of the Ancients, its a custom game for WC3 TFT (Warcraft 3, more acronyms I know heh). Easily the most popular custom game, I still play it a ton despite a lot of ahole players that you meet.

Anyway what does dotakeys do? I've never heard ofi t and can't look at that link at work.

thank you sir, for introducing warkeys to me. i've always been so lazy to customize the keys myself, but man this program is godlike. i am pwning even more at tft, and it's helping me get alot better at dota... whoa

I am a huge DotA fan and by what has been said I am going on a limb and saying that these are programs that allow you to make the key settings for the spells and such.

I can attest that there are certain heroes that I just plan hate because of the keys binded to their spells.

i used to be a big fan of it, but then after 5 straight years of playing it, it got really really bored

I love Dota, I have been meaning to get some kind of hotkey program as some of the hero's arrangements are really awkward. I may have to try that warkeys program out. I did have Dotakeys installed but I didn't use it, one day I was looking in my control panel and saw that it was taking up 16gb of space which made me wtf. So I got rid of that pronto.
