Oh, I know about the craving for chips. But my craving used to lean towards Cheez-Its. You just gotta break the addiction for starchy fried foods. It took me over a month, but I just don't crave those things that much any more. And stopping them REALLY helped my lose a lot of the spare tire I had.
BAH! Ive cut my pop intake by 75% since last month so Im good for the next coupla years.
