Obviously a Saab 9-2x Aero. She already wants a Forester XT, and the 9-2x Aero is a rebadged WRX wagon with better wheels, suspension, and interior that (because GM is giving cars away right now) can be had for thousands less at the moment. Makes sure she gets the manual. Getting an auto takes all the fun out of a turbo.

The Subie dealer has an 04 turbo Forester with 3k miles they'll sell for $22.5k. Good deal I think, but I don't like the payments.

Well, if it has to be one of the 3 makes above.. 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS. It's AWD and it has an LS2. Yes, we all need 400HP AWD trucks. This thing is, possibly, the second coming of the Typhoon/Syclone.

did you guys see the new cars that GM is putting out.

not to bad if you ask me, high horsepower and pretty nice styling. i couldnt tell from the pictures but i think they got rid of that retarded bubbly interiors. maybe kerkorian knew something was up.

anyway my vote right now is the saab 9-2x aero. pretty much the best deal on a turbo AWD car. easily tuneable up to 400hp with a drop in turbo, basically maybe 3000 dollars and you have a car that can run with the big boys. best thing is no one would know what it is, thats the best part!

Try starting MSRP of $29,405 for the Touring AWD. The 300C AWD starts $34,455. Options can lead to over $40k. I don't know what the going price is, however.
