Any FREE Win2k telnet servers out there?

Due to the recent "BBS nostalgia" article (not that recent actually, but whatever) on slashdot, I got interested in running a small telnet BBS to remind me of the "good ol' days" of dialing in with my 2400 baud modem from my 386 16MHz to play LORD. I have managed to find one BBS program (Synchronet) which is very windows friendly and runs a telnet server with no problems. Unfortunately, Synchronet is kinda boring, and although it does allow some degree of customization, i'd rather just run something like Iniquity. The problem with that is that most of these older BBS programs were designed only to work with modems (or with a program called WinModem/32 (a fossil driver that makes the programs think they are communicating over a modem, when in fact they are working with telnet). WinModem/32, of course, does not work with win2k (only 9x).

So I wanted to know if anyone out there knows of any programs similar to WinModem/32 (which will allow me to make modem programs work over telnet) that are FREE and that will work with win2k.

i told you, replace yur HD's damn it... that much spread over 4 drives ain't gunna fit in that case

yeah yeah yeah... i DO know that 4hd's=69gigs is a bit much... hopefully i can get a nice 60 for cheap. but that belongs in the cases/cooling section lnx... you of all people should know that
