I guess I'd have to answer no, though games are definitely what push me to upgrade my graphics card. There's a few games I'm looking forward to, but none that I think my GTX 470 won't handle.
The thing is...if a new game is going to push the current top-of-the-line card, then even THAT card won't satisfy what I WANT to see for that game. So I gotta wait til there's even better cards. Then there's usually an awesome price-per-performance king which handles the previous gen games great, while the new top-of-the-line is again overkill for those games and not good enough for the next "Crysis" game we're anxiously awaiting. A vicious cycle, so I try to use a little patience (oh it's tough though).
